Heart to Heart Campaign

North Carolina Right to Life is currently trying to get funds to continue and to expand their "Heart to Heart Media Campaign". From 2006 to 2007, abortions decreased by 1,853 in Charlotte after North Carolina Right to Life Inc. Education Fund ran ads for this campaign in the Charlotte media market. While a majority of other regions in North Carolina experienced an increase in the number of abortions, Charlotte was one of only two regions that experienced a decline - with the decline in Charlotte being almost 3 times the decline in the other regions. It was also estimated that for every $25 donated from people to this cause that the life of one unborn baby was saved from abortion from these commercials.

The purposes of these commercials are: 1. To reach women considering abortion. 2. To offer alternatives to abortion 3. To minister to women and men suffering from PAS, Post Abortion Syndrome. 4. To change minds and hearts to respect life beginning at fertilization. Our goal is to eventually get enough support to be able to run these commercials not only in Charlotte but in other major cities with high amounts of abortion in North Carolina.
