Help Needed to Load Health Kits for Haiti
January 27th
The conference truck will pick up health kits for Haiti at Mt. Olivet UMC in Concord tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday). Don Newman needs about 5 people to help load the health kits on the truck. If you can help, please call Don at 704-787-0792. He will be able to give you the time he expects the truck to arrive.

On Saturday, January 23rd approximately 50 people joined together in the NexGen building to help assemble Health Kits to be sent to Haiti through UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief). Thank you to all who participated by donating the needed items and sorting and assembling the kits. Through the generous donations, 420 kits were completed! Before the outreach was complete, the volunteers gathered and prayed over the kits and the people who will be receiving them. These are the kits that will be loaded on the truck at Mt. Olivet UMC tomorrow.
