SWAT Mission Trip to Peytona WV


The Student Worship Arts Team will be traveling to Peytona, West Virginia June 20-30 to minister alongside Peytona Southern Baptist Church. This youth mission trip is the first for many of the team members. They will be collecting gently used clothing and toys, as well as non perishable food items to distribute to the community. Donations may be left in the missions corner through June 17th.The team is grateful for your consideration in helping meet the basic needs of this poverty stricken community.

Meet the Malinich Family

Meet the Malinich Family (a missionary family supported by Crossroads) Sunday June 14 at 11:00 in Room 126 This Sunday there will be a drop in luncheon for Paul and Barb Malinich who are serving as missionaries in New Orleans. Please come by, offer encouragement and learn about how they are impacting churches and the community in New Orleans.

Save the Date - VBS in Kannapolis


Kannapolis Campus will be having Bible School Blast on Saturday, August 1 9:00am-12:00pm at the Kannapolis YMCA for ages 2 thru rising 6th graders. Bring a picnic lunch for your family to eat in the park after VBS. Don't forget your swim suits for the splash pad!

Kindermusik at Crossroads


Kindermusik will be offered at the Concord Campus by Lori Carnes. Lori is a graduate of Wingate University and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a emphasis in Journalism and Media Arts. She and her husband Mark, Crossroads' Worship and Arts Director, have three boys. Come join Lori on this musical journey where you and your child will have a magical, memorable time together both in class and at home. Kid's 1st Security Check-in







Stop by the NextGen Welcome Desk on Sunday, June 14 from 9-11 to attached your Vic, MVP, Bi-Lo, or any other barcode card you have to our security system. This will allow you to swipe your card to check in your child to their class. It's a fast, easy way to check-in your child/children

Altar Minsitry Prayer Team Training Class

There will be a training class for anyone interested in being a part of the Altar Ministry Prayer Team on June 27 from 9:00 - 11:00 am. In order to take the class, you must RSVP to Nancy Friend by June 24 at nancy@xroadschurch.us or 704-707-1150.

We will be going over what to expect during our host week of June 14-20, volunteer expectations, handling conflict and hospitality guidelines. Please contact Tami Gilman at
tgilman@bellsouth.net if you are able to attend so enough materials will be available. You are not obligated to serve if you attend the training. Be a Hometown Hero - Donate Blood




Crossroads Church is partnering with the American Red Cross by sponsoring a blood drive on Monday, June 22 from 3:00 PM-7:30 PM. Donate and enter to win a pair of Delta Air Lines domestic tickets! If you would like to make your life-saving appointment, contact Debi Vecchio at 704.707.1155 or debi@xroadschurch.us Walk-ins are welcome. Sign-up sheets will be available in the Narthex. If you cannot donate and would still like to make a difference, you may contact Debi for volunteer opportunities.

Brazil Mission Team Donations


The Brazil Mission Team will be accepting donations of coloring books, small packs of crayons and new dish towels for their mission trip in July They can be placed in the missions corner by the large map. Deadline for donations is July 5th. Thank you for all your support!

secondMondays event with free food, worship, and a guest speaker. Join us from 6:30PM - 8:30PM at Crossroads Church, in the NexGen Auditorium, for a good time of worship and fellowship. Guest Speaker is Andy Lambert.

secondMondays is an opportunity to bring men together from all over the area for a night of food, fun and fellowship! We meet on the SECOND MONDAY EVENING of each month, throughout the year. Our next gathering is TONIGHT - June 8.

One Heart Healing Stitches - TONIGHT

Come and join us, whether you know how to knit or crochet (or not)! New people are always welcome. No experience necessary. We will teach anyone interested in learning. This is an excellent opportunity to find out what the Prayer Shawl Ministry is all about. We have extra needles and yarn available for visitors and guests to use.
