Lowes Motor Speedway presents TobyMac and MercyMe


Lowe’s Motor Speedway is proud to announce, Grammy-nominated Contemporary Christian musical artists TobyMac and MercyMe will perform a pre-race concert for the Oct. 17 NASCAR Banking 500 only from Bank of America. In addition Fee and Robert Pierre will also be on hand to perform as part of pre-race festivities.

The concert will begin at 2 p.m. in Turn 4, and admission to the show is free with the purchase of a ticket to the NASCAR Banking 500.

In Sympathy

Please be in prayer for Melissa Martin Ryan and her family due to the death of her father, Steve Moose, on September 16. They will have visitation open to family and friends this Sunday, Sept. 20, at 91 Marshdale Ave. in Concord, and have a small private ceremony (family only) at her Grandmother's home.

2009 Christmas Spectacular


Tickets for this year’s Carolina Christmas Spectacular will go on sale Monday, October 5!

Tickets may be purchased weekly Monday-Friday at the Church Office from 9:00am-4:30pm while they last. Those purchasing tickets through the Church Box Office must do so in person using cash or check. Tickets may also be purchased online anytime at thespectacular.org. All major credit cards are accepted for online purchases. Get your tickets before they go on sale online! There will be a special engagement ticket sale on Saturday, October 3 here at the Concord Campus' Church Office from 9:00am-1:00pm. Those purchasing tickets that day must do so using cash or check.


This year’s show is yet again another brand new show presented in Dinner Theater format featuring music, dance, comedy, drama, interpretive movement, and special effects, with a live band and orchestra.

Men's Outdoor Adventure


When: Friday, Oct 16 @ 5:30 pm – Sunday, Oct 18 @ 4 pm

Where: Meet at Crossroads Church; Group will travel to Stone Mountain State Park

Transportation: The Group will leave the church Friday Night at 5:30 pm and will return back Sunday at 4 pm. Men must ride with the group due to parking limitations.

Cost: $36 (this includes: 5 meals, tents & camping gear, transportation, Instruction & guide services for rock climbing) Please plan to bring your own sleeping bag.

Registration Deadline: Sunday, Oct 11

Register: Register at the Church Office Monday thru Friday (9 – 4 pm); Sunday Morning: Fill out form located in the Narthex and then put form & payment in the Church Office door slot. Check or cash is accepted

God's Supper Table - Volunteers Needed

LOCAL OUTREACH OPPORTUNITY - God's Supper Table at Trinity United Methodist Church Kannapolis. Crossroads is in charge of 1st Wednesday every month to provide a free dinner (they have a menu) for about 50-60 people at Trinity UMC. This meal is open to anyone in Kannapolis. We are to provide the meal, do a short devotion and hang out with the people. If your small group, family or friends want to host a month please contact Tammy Enoch at iluvtogo@msn.com you can do this with only 5-6 people or more... We need volunteers for October, November and December.
