Crossroads Church Men’s Ministry is offering the men of God a consistent opportunity to let Jesus take us by the hand and go outside the village with Him. The first of five opportunities being offered this year will be Saturday, March 27th. Each outing will feature a unique and fun outdoor activity and allow men to sharpen and be sharpened by one another, in addition to an intentional time for Jesus to speak to us in an environment free of the noise and distraction so prevalent in our lives in the village. Registration space for this event is very limited, so respond quickly and obediently to Jesus’ invitation to go “outside the village” with Him!
Easter Lilies - Order deadline THIS Sunday
The church will be displaying Easter Lilies for our Easter Sunday Worship Services. Proceeds are donated to the Arc of Cabarrus County. Order forms are available at the Church Office during the week, at the Welcome Desk on Sunday mornings or directly through the Arc of Cabarrus County. Following the 11:11am service on Easter Sunday, the lilies may be taken home with you.

Missionary Support
Crossroads' members and missionaries Chris and Robyn Zickmund are required by their sending agency, United World Mission, to be 100% supported before leaving for their ministry in Belgium. Currently they are just shy of 50% of their monthly support being pledged. In order to accomplish the goal God has placed before them; to be in Belgium by the end of September, they need to develop $3500 in new monthly supporters. While this may seem overwhelming, it breaks down to be 35 partners at $100 per month or 100 partners at $35 per month and will allow many people be a part of the full time ministry in Belgium. The Power of One Summer Camp Series exists to share Christ with children in our community through sports, fitness, music technology and foreign language.
Our half-day PowerZone Sports Camps are designed for young athletes in 1st-6th grades who want to develop their athletic skills. Each day includes solid physical and spiritual training from coaches and athletes, as well as Bible studies and much, much more. The goal is to reach young athletes and provide them with instruction and competition through a sport-specific focus.
Our evening camp series focuses on children exploring the areas of fitness, Spanish and DJ'ing. These hands-on, interactive camps meet for four consecutive evenings and are sure to be a fun-filled time for all involved.
Registration is open April 1 - May 30, 2010.
