Format: 4 Person Captain’s Choice Scramble. Specific rules will be given prior to tee off.

Prizes: Best Team Score, Closest to Pin, Most Accurate Drive, door prizes

Outdoor Concert Presented by Piedmont Prime Time Community Band Sunday, August 23rd at 7:00 p.m. on the lawn in front of Trinity United Methodist Church 416 E. First Street, Kannapolis across the street from A.L. Brown High School. The free concert will include marches, jazz, show tunes, and rock and roll. Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on and the area is handicap accessible. In the event of rain the concert will take place in the church sanctuary.

Community Impact Productions Presents A Nation Under God A Tribute to 9-11 Commemorative Musical and Dramatic Presentation Friday, September 11th at 7:30 p.m. Concord Christian Church Hwy 73, Concord NC

Free Admission to the Cabarrus County FairSunday, September 13th 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. 4 canned food items per adult 2 canned food items per child.

Gentiva Home Health will be collecting food for CCM at various health care facilities throughout the county, now through September 18th.

And, as always, food donations may be dropped off at CCM Crisis Center 246 Country Club Dr., Concord Mon., Tue., Thu., Fri. 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Wed. 9:00 a.m. -12:30 p.m.

One Heart Traveling Angels


FABRIC DONATIONS and large pull-type bows are needed for a Traveling Angels Ministry project at Morningside Assisted Living.

We will be making fabric Christmas wreaths with the residents in November. Each wreath requires 2 1/2 yards of fabric, but remnants of 1/2 yard and larger are fine.

The fabrics and bows should be in Christmas colors or Christmas prints.

Please leave donations in box labeled Traveling Angels in the Missions corner at Crossroads Church.

Please bring the fabric Donations by Sunday November 8th.

Sew and Sow Ministry


Sat. Aug. 29th- 8 am to 2pm The Sew and Sow ministry will work together making diapers, children's blankets and other projects that will benefit many in need. They will be cutting out, sewing and serging diapers for orphanages and also making children's blankets. You do not need to know how to sew to help with this ministry.

Donations: This ministry is in need of old towels, washcloths and flannel materials or blankets. Items may be left in the Missions Corner marked Sew and Sow.

Community Life Night


Starting Wednesday, September 23, 6pm
A night of food, fellowship, and God's Word. The evening will begin with an inexpensive meal ($10/family, $5/individuals), followed by teaching and small groups as well as programs for children and youth. Praise Choir - August 27 6:30pm

Praise Choir starting back up August 27th at 6:30pm in room 114.
We are excited about what God Has in store for us this year.

New Life Skills Classes for Women and Men


Life Skills is a 26-week course for anyone that wants to break free from the patterns of their past. This course is also great for strengthening relationships and building a stronger you. There is a fee for the class.
